Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at serviceteambox@gmail.com. Please note that returns may need to be sent to one of our fulfillment partners or supplier warehouses. The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with our supplier to make it right.

Photo or video evidence may be required to process damaged or incorrect item claims.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care or beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received confirmation from our supplier that your return has been inspected and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
